On September 7-8, 2024, to allow the team to connect with nature and strengthen cohesion amidst the busy work schedule, SAKY STEEL organized a two-day team-building trip to Mogan Shan. This trip took us to two of Mogan Mountain's most popular attractions—Tianji Sen Valley and Jiangnan Biwu. In the midst of the beautiful natural scenery, we relaxed and engaged in activities designed to enhance collaboration and communication within the team.
On the morning of the first day, we left the hustle and bustle of the city and headed to Tianji Sen Valley at the foot of Mogan Shan. Known for its unique forest scenery and outdoor adventure experiences, the valley felt like a natural oxygen bar. Upon arrival, the team immediately immersed themselves in nature and embarked on a day of adventure. Under the guidance of professional instructors, we participated in several activities, including a mini train ride, rainbow slide, aerial cable car, and jungle rafting. These activities tested our physical strength and courage.
In the evening, we held a cozy barbecue party at a local guesthouse. Everyone enjoyed the barbecue and music while sharing the highlights and anecdotes of the day. This gathering provided an excellent opportunity for deeper communication, and the trust and friendships within the team were further strengthened.
On the morning of the second day, we visited another famous attraction in Mogan Shan—Jiangnan Biwu. Known for its stunning mountain and water scenery and peaceful hiking trails, this spot is an ideal escape from the city's noise and a perfect place to relax the mind. In the fresh morning breeze, we began our team hiking trip. With picturesque landscapes, lush trees, and flowing streams along the way, it felt like we were in a paradise. Throughout the hike, team members encouraged each other, maintaining a united pace. After reaching the summit, we all enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic views of Mogan Shan, celebrating the sense of accomplishment and the beauty of nature. After descending, we dined at a local restaurant, savoring traditional dishes of the region.
The beautiful scenery of Mogan Shan will be a shared memory for all of us, and the collaboration and communication during this team-building trip will further strengthen the bonds within our team. We believe that after this experience, everyone will return to work with renewed energy and unity, contributing to the future success of the company.
