These elements endow the steel with good hardness and wear resistance.Through proper heat treatment, 1.2378 X220CrVMo12-2 can achieve high hardness, typically reaching 60-62 HRC.This steel exhibits excellent wear resistance, making it suitable for manufacturing tools and components subjected to prolonged and high wear conditions.After proper heat treatment, 1.2378 X220CrVMo12-2 has good cutting performance, suitable for manufacturing cutting tools and molds.With proper heat treatment and alloy design, corrosion resistance of the steel can be improved, making it more suitable for harsh working environments.
